Sphere on Spiral Stairs

Roshiki Arbor

A common practice for becoming capable of TRACKING NATURE and a concentrated practice for becoming thoroughly effective in DANGERSAFE BODYSKILLS.  Both offered in both a continuing education setting and as consultations.

TRACKING NATURE simply means means consolidating which out of doors field activities support a broader perspective of your immediate environment and natural surroundings continuously happening around us at the edges in life beyond the walls of our homes and gates of our neighborrhoods on the land, near the water and in the sky, and what lists of items are a priority to best order to get a clearer and simpler picture of the everything surrounding us.  In order to be able to follow more of what is going on out in the field, for example; the seasons, the tides, weather, cycles of the moon, to better knowledge of critters, hunters, and birds, to learning what plants are good for crafty uses, tools or other personal interests and how we relate to those as People. Consultations are not limited to an academic setting and may be offered or available in the field.

DANGERSAFE BODYSKILLS are modeling based continuing education sessions and study designed to enhance safety, to be more aware of hazards and to increase competency for all types of activities, work, use of tools, transportation and cargo considerations, recreational, social, etc.  Sessions are not typically physically demanding or stressful, rather exercise of the concentration is needed.  Sessions typically have parts recognizable to participants in many other categories of physical work, lifting, balancing, stretching, cardio, use of common tools, safe falling, working with distractions, and repetition, etc. etc.
